This product works better than other epilators that I tried because it actually pulls out all the hairs instead of missing some of them. I've had other epilators that worked the first time only and then never seemed to work as well after that time to get everything, this one actually works every time.
Warning - be very careful. If you aren't paying enough attention it may catch parts of your skin just below the hair and leave you with an area of red spots which will take a few days to go away, this happened to me on my underarm and back of leg, and because you are already expecting pain from just the hair pulling it may take you a few seconds to realize what is going on. I'd probably only use this on my legs and not on my underarms though - due to this problem.
I use a different one on my underarms and it works great there but doesn't do anything for my legs (the Emjoi Epi slim).
Other than that, in general I seem to have to use epilators at least weekly still - I never get the 4-6 week results that they claim you can get. But it still beats having to shave.

I am incredibly glad I decided to purchase this product! The Braun epilator catches every hair, is relatively painless (used on legs, at least) and is very easy to use. The light is also perfect for illuminating as you go. For me, the results last ten times longer than shaving, and the hair grows back thinner. However, I would advise that you invest in a good product for reducing razor bumps and ingrown hairs.

I've always used dual-head emjoi products, but thought I'd try to save a few bucks. This Braun is so much better! The hairs don't break, and take longer to grow back. I thought the light was a little silly. But it's wonderful! Helps me see the little hairs I missed. The cord is plenty long.

I was initially confused on which model to buy - one with trimmer option or one without. I finally went for the former. The trimmer is very smooth and esp good for overgrown hairs but can be done without if you epilate regularly. This product is an excellent purchase for those who don't wish to spend bucks, getting rid of unwanted hair. It takes out even smallest of hair and actually leaves your skin smooth and silky - true to its name. Regrowth is definitely less as compared to other hair removal methods like veet cream. You have to have patience, as this does take long time - say around 45 minutes to cleanly epilate your full legs and arms. The light feature is particularly good. You can see clearly, even smallest if your hair. And, it's very painful on sensitive areas. You will get used to it with usage. As a one time investment product, it perform its job well.

This was the first epilator I have ever purchased and used and I have been extremely impressed! The first time I used it was pretty painful and I spent 2 1/2 hours epilating my legs but was ecstatic about the way they looked when I was finished. I have very dark leg hair and even after freshly shaving with a razor the hair was visible under the skin. I am about 1 month into using my epilator at this time and it is minimally painful or uncomfortable when using but totally worth the discomfort! If you're debating this product, I would encourage you to try it.
