The reviews for this were basically this:
- It's noisy
- The trimmer is in a weird position
- It feels slightly cheaper than the Braun
- The shave is great
- The cost is fantastic for what you get
I've had it for a few weeks and have to say that all of the above is about right. I debated between this and the Braun, but I bought this because of all the negative reviews I read, none seemed to mention that it was a bad shave. So I figured even if I didn't like the trimmer or the noise, I'm still getting a good shave, and that's the most important thing. I actually don't mind the trimmer, and I don't think it's as cheap as some people say. It certainly is noisy, but a nice shave.

The machine is good. It shaves good not like a razor would, but it's close enough. The grip is good, and the cleaning is easy. I have no problem with the machine, and I am content with it.

After using this electric shaver for about 1 month I must say I am really pleased. The shave, while not as close as a razor, is still good. My face gets sensitive when I razor shave every day so I thought I would try an electric for in-between days when a perfect shave was not needed. I did a little research and this shaver, the Remington MS2-390 Microscreen Rechargeable/Corded seemed like the best for the minimal investment. It works very well, it holds a charge - a few times when I was running late in the morning, I took it along, and shaved later. It cleans up easy, has a nice pouch and brush along with the recharge cord. I reccomend this and I am known to be kinda sorta picky about items I buy. Very little down side to this shaver - its not a really close shave,but it is good enough most days.
