works well for dry sunburned skin. relieves the redness and moisturizes to help repair the sunburned areas. I did not notice any unpleasant odor with this product. I also use it on my face for wrinkles and areas around my eyes. I would recommend this product to anyone with dry skin or sunburns. Great overall moisturizer
