Happy Face
Have used wet with shaving cream, without shaving cream, and dry. I got a close shave every time. I recommend this shaver for everybody.
 Very Good Razor July 26, 2010

So far, I am enjoying the Panasonic razor very much. I especially like it when I've been working outside, and therefore perspiring. I use lather; get a good shave that feels good. I'm still in the transition stage from my long-term using of Norelco shavers.
Great Razor for a good price July 26, 2010

Note: This review is only commenting on using the razor as a wet razor.
I have been using this razor for about 1 month and am very pleased with the close shave in the shower. My wife hated my old electic and wanted me to get something with a much closer shave. I tried using other electric razors including Norelco and Remington (both wet and dry) and I also tried blade razors (including Mach 3 & 5 blade Fusion). None of them gave me a better shave than this panasonic razor (including the blades) when I use it in the shower with shave gel. I have not gotten shave bumps or irritation which is something I experience with all of the blade razors I tried. I do have to go over the same areas a few times to get a very close shave, but anyone that has ever used an electric razor knows that is a given. The razor is also quite noisy, but again a common find with most razors. Also, the razor feels strudy and the charge lasts about 5-10 shaves, which is quite good in my experience.

ive used this for a couple of months now. for me it works great. with a regular razor i get irritation when im working because of sweat. this razor causes very little irritation. almost as close as a razor. i can shave my whole face in about 3 minutes but i might miss a few. if u take your time and shave in a mirror you could probably shave in 5 minutes or so. if i could shave with it plugged in it would get 5 stars.
this is my first electric razor and i love it. much easier and faster than regular razor.
i cant cut any hair on my adams apple or it will cut me a little though.

This shaver is twice as fast as my two previous Norelco's - 15 minutes rather than 30. It has a high speed motor. My best results are with the head set for steady rather than floating. For an electric, this is the one to buy! Still, a safety razor does give me a faster shave, nicks and all.
