Really works even after first use August 23, 2010 daphnech (New York, NY) Even after the first time, I could see a difference in my heels. They felt smooth and no longer had hard bits of skin. This tool is expensive but really works. Really worth the $. The instructions don't tell you to use it with wet or dry feet, so I used it on dry heels. A little thing though: The Microplane sign on the handle is a way too big.
Buy it.... August 10, 2010 N. C. Winn (North Carolina) So many foot care products just do not make the grade, but this one does.
As much as a Microplane grater makes a difference in your kitchen drawer, compared to a clumsy, el-cheapo box grater, this foot file tool is as above-the-ordinary in your box of grooming tools. Read the instructions, and use it when your feet are dry. Rinse it off when you are done. Nice, soft feet...worth every cent!
Does what it's supposed to do! July 17, 2010 Ahh! (Darting about) I like this. I have tough feet - especially the heels - and the handle makes this easier to use than the pedegg. I bought it several months ago and use it at least twice/ month.
Superior product May 25, 2010 IntheWoods (South Carolina) This is the foot file everybody else had wished they had designed and manufactured.
Takes dead skin and callus off almost effortlessly, without pain, no chemical treatments, no elaborate soaking regimens, no power cords.
Just proves Americans can still design and make quality implements that are the envy of the rest of the world. Besides, there is no economy in something that is cheap that just doesn't work.
Don't play around and waste your money with lesser tools of this type like I did. I've tried them all. Spend your money right the first time. You wont have to spend it again, and again, and again, and again....
It works great.... December 9, 2009 Carol B. Anderson (Los Angeles) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This does work great, makes my heels smooth like no other product that I've tried. However, it is still a bit messy since the "callus dust" sneaks out of the container that's supposed to hold it. Oh well, it still works so I recommend it highly.
